Orianna is widely known as like, one of the best bursts right behind Veigar...and yes, her ult CAN do half of everyone's HP...she is more dangerous than Annie for the most part because of her passive + AoE damage and slow + haste...she is hands down one of the BEST champions to have on your team...same with Lux, she deals crazy damage... if you don't believe me, just watch Chandro's stream some time.[/quote]
