You can't do that.
The closest thing you can do is, publish it. Then immediately archive it.
Ofc, you'll have to re-write it again if you want it to show up in the "new guides" section.
Another option is to copy it into a word document and send it like that.

Currently there's not a way to this, but you can however:
1) Publish the guide
2) Instantly archive it
3) Give the link to your friends
When it comes to archived guides, people will only be able to see it when given the direct link. Quite handy for this, don't you think? :)
You can't delete archived guides, so if you want to remove the content from the guide afterwards just delete everything in it and hit publish again. Guide will remain archived, but all information will be wiped.
