Tiamat would suddenly be OP, especially on GP. he would suddenly have a ranged AoE slow similar to TF's red card whenever he used
Parrrley. And it would be great on nasus, he would be able to clear whole minion waves quickly and have each kill give him an attack boost on his q.

It wouldn't be too effective because of how his stun works. They'd turtle the **** out of you though.

Lol I can see it now, they all build pure AP and magic pen and wait in base, if you get close to a turret they all just cast their ult and kill you all.
