Blitz isn't underrated. It's just that 95% of Blitz players are terrible with him.

Twitch is actually underrated. I've seen him played well, and he is a monster. Just as with blitz, most just can't use him. Having him like he is now before stealth-rework is a gamechanger. Sadly both ways.
