Akali, from what I can tell, is the same as she is on Summoner's Rift.
If she doesn't snowball kills, then she won't do well... If she does snowball, she's a beast. ;)
On Dominion, where gold-rate is much higher, kills are worth less by proportion.
That means Akali needs to kill a lot more then everyone else to stay ahead and be effective. Otherwise, everyone will build too quickly for her to dominate the game.

Nidalee seems real strong between her traps in mind to give earlier vision, her mobility, heals, spears, her whole kit seems good.

Also, Odyn's Veil will be OP on Kassadin. An additional 10% Magic Reduction? With 50MRes thrown in? Hells Yes.
Plus Kass' blink will be really handy on the more cramped map :)
