There could be other items hidden in the store or not implemented into the system yet.
I'm under the impression that Mobafire wants to wait for the official release before jumping the gun on this information.
Some items in the in-game store are not displayed in the normal windows, but you can find them via clicking original classic Summoner's Rift items and seeing them in the potential upgrades.
Example: Entropy is not found in the normal store, but if you click B. F. Sword or Phage, you can find Entropy on the items' list of upgrades.
