LeBlanc has a very scary early-mid game and is kind of a mejai's monster. Either you absolutely stomp the enemy team into submission immediately or you get completely shut down late game. Her burst and ganks are very formidable, but if you play carefully she'll become useless. She's not very viable in upper elo ranked.

Yeah your sig is huge, resize that ****.
But on topic.. Leblanc is kinda balanced in the sense that she completely dominates early game but becomes very weak late game. She relies alot on pure burst and nuking single targets which just becomes problematic late game... Plus she doesn't offer much in a teamfight and she is squishy as ****

Veigar relies on pure burst and nuking single targets too, and he's way more viable. LeBlanc's problem is that her abilities require her to get extremely close, and she can't build tanky or her burst falls off. I kinda wish they made her a caster DPS instead of a mega burst assassin. Spamming those chains would be fun.

LeBlanc the magic-damage equivalent of Urgot.
Her early and mid game will roll you over and make you cry when she's played competently.
But her late game leaves much to be desired.

At least Urgot doesn't have to dash up to you and stand around for 3 seconds waiting for a chain to proc, while relying on an absolutely glass build in order for your nuke to do anything. Urgot may have a weak late game, but at least he has his suppress ult, a good poke and a tanky build. LeBlanc is just **** if you don't get fed and dominate.

for me i find leblanc gets noob late game people start getting hp and Magic resist making it harder to kill people making it possible to only kill the noob on the team.
