What champions would you suggest to climb out of ELO hell (900-1200)?

There is no ELO hell that keeps you from rising through the ranks.
Being good at the game is all you need.

It's just a matter of you being a team-player and not trying to do well as an individual.

Raising your ELO is not an overnight affair, it takes dozens of games because the matchmaking system is designed to get you a 50:50 win-rate. That means there's no sure-fire way to go up except to do well.

If you're stuck, you're either being impatient or you're really just that bad.

I'm sorry and I don't wanna be "that guy" to tell you this but uh.

"Elo Hell" does not exist. If you deserve to be out of your elo, you'll get out of it eventually whether it takes you 10 games, or 100 games. Persistence is key. If you deserve to stay at your elo or lose it, you'll see it happen before your eyes.

Play your best champion. If you can't win in several games, get better and come back.

Also, inb4 anyone says elo is luck. I'd like to point you to jiji (bigfatlp). He made top 5 with 3 diff accounts at the same time. Clearly luck

This is only highly improbable. Not impossible. Luck. :P

ELO hell does exist. but you may THINK you're in elo hell, but in most cases you DESERVE the elo you have. im almost up to 1.2k elo now, theres at least one feeder/leaver/troll every game.

There are feeders, leavers and trolls at 1700+ elo games. What makes you think it's different higher elo? You're gonna have to carry regardless of what elo you are.

What some people view as "elo hell" is the knowledge barrier.

If you know how to pick the proper character against your enemies team composition, you can effectively "carry" at all elo levels.

Counter Picking, and proper mechanics can probably carry you to 1800 elo at least.

After that you will probably have to start using your brain.
Tri lane for life.

@Temzilla no offense but don't say things like "ez stuff like this can get you to 1800" when you aren't even 1800 :p.

But anyways, you have it right to an extent. The knowledge barrier is just basic knowledge someone should learn from playing games LV1-30. Basic knowledge like this consists of knowing what summoners do, what champions do, and how the map works. If you're "good", you should be able to play play 13 champions flawlessly even if every pick and ban is against you for some reason lol.

Besides the knowledge barrier, people need to walk the walk. You can teach someone how to play this game and every little mechanics but believe it or not, LoL requires skill to an extent. Last hitting, harassing, ganking and tons of other things weigh in. Thus, "elo" comes into play. I'm pretty sure most people in "elo hell" don't give each other enough credit. People just aren't very good and raging/low morale easily loses games.

Basically what I believe that helps me win ranked games mid elo is to play my best champions. If I don't get them, I'm pretty damn prepared to play others just as well. Walk in with a positive attitude. It sounds corny and cheesy but a positive attitude will make anyone want to win again. Try your best. Ranked games are to test your skill. If you lose a game because of 4v5 or such, don't let it deter you. Come back with a positive attitude. Most players lose tons of matches because they're angry because of previous games and the bad attitude carries on to other players.

Moving away from the mentality stuff, just know your ****. Know how to gank, last hit, and basics.

From a 1700 elo player. I'm sure some other higher elo players can disagree, but that works or me at least.

PS Tem, first sentence was intended for you and the rest is for the "elo hell go-ers" :p. Typing this on a iPod is hard Q_Q
