There's no AP scaling on her, she's another PURE AD Champ. Xyph stated that himself in that very same thread. Also she doesn't use mana, so half the item is wasted on her.
I'd like to think she's more of an Atmog/Renekton kinda build champion, because she's melee and needs to be able to take punishment well enough to last through it all.

I bet you will see Sheen and TriForce builds on her. Why? If her Q activates also activate the Sheen proc on each cast then that, even with the wasted stats, will be sick. But it is all theory for now.

2. She has an ultimate that multiplies your total attack power, making AD an even better buy on her than most champions, so a B.F.Sword will add 54 damage instead of 45 damage while her ultimate is up.
3. Her passive scales ridiculously off bonus AD - Like 0.5 scaling.
4. All her abilities have AD ratios... including her shield.
Basically... For Riven: B. F. Sword or The Brutalizer or Phage > Sheen because that AD will boost your damage way more then Sheen can.
