hi

havent seen it by myself but a friend of mine told me that he has seen chaox (that us guy with 2300+ elo) streaming a game where he played akali and he bought already 2 HGbs and was on his way for the third one when they won...
well... would that work aswell for jax? i mean jax with 4 HGbs: 100% spellvamp o.O getting a lot of hp from his passive... yes? no? maybe?

The problem with so many HGbs is that u have to keep attacking to stay alive. It will make u unkillable. But if you get cc'd you will be dropped in a sec due to lack of defense. Jax might pull it of since his passive, dodge chance and ulti makes him very tanky. But cc will be a ***** with 4 hextech gunblades

If someone can't stay alive in lane for 6:30 seconds on their own then they got problems.

Stacking HGBs on Jax often seems very viable with the exception of money issues; Jax's passive means that each hextech gives you a ridiculous amount of health. At the very least, two HGBs is probably not a bad choice, even if it's not the best choice. Adding some sort of defensive item can go a long way to help you out. I'd like to do some math about what the breaking point is for Jax where another HGB gives him less health/AD/AP than adding an Atma's.

Adding Atma's gives him infinite HP. It just eventually reaches a point where the number is so small, it says "**** numbers."
Also, because it's flat, I'd probably build something like this: HTGBx4, Merc Treads, Atma's.
That's my full on troll build. :3

Thank you to jhoijhoi for the sig, and all the dividers in the guide.

Stacking them is bad. Get one or two, MAX.

as searz and everyone else in this thread said. relying on spellvamp and lifesteal for survivability is bad because stunlocks. also you're glass as ****.

Well, on Jax wouldn't stacking them moreso be about stacking the lifesteal/vamp AND stacking AP/AD for more HP? I know I get Ninja tabi as my first set of boots, but swapping them out for merc treads after you have two HGBs and an Atmas might be the way to go.

Jax ultimate extra lategame Hextech Gunblade build:

You have to farm at that build. Because you don't build your gold/time items into anything, I can't see how they should work...

Core:

Item Sequence

Health Potion 50
Health Potion 50
Health Potion 50
Vampiric Scepter 900
Mercury's Treads 1100
Bilgewater Cutlass 1600
Hextech Gunblade 3000
Guinsoo's Rageblade 3000

You still need Guinsoo's Rageblade to have enough ATS. Also you need some resists.

The last three items are Atma's Impaler, Hextech Gunblade and Wit's End. Well, only 2 Hextech Gunblade work best, because you also need resists and attack speed. You can build them in the Order you prefer^^.
