Its super easy to counter your build, all you will need is some stuns and ignite or some reduce regeneration thing. its stupid to max valor over wings, since wings can do 330 plus hit multi ppl and valor only protects 160 plus the more damage u do the more ur ult does.

Your guide can work but there is much better ways to play riven.

Continuous, I wroted a comment to your guide WITH testing it and DIDN'T downwoted it. Now you come to my guide, downvoting it without a test and making pointless, missleading commentary. GZ with AS on Riven, and I still have my AA and big lifesteal to keep me alive, anyway.. learn to take criticism on your face :)

TERRIBLE GUIDE!!!!BAD skills sequence, bad item choice,and very boring guide. Broken wings does 120 damage more than ki burst, in early game thats alot especially when your ult hits harder the less health they have, wings end up doing even more than ki burst. Wriggles is very good item except, you will nver really auto attack with her so u will never see that 500 bonus damage and u dont have any attack speed items. gunblade, ur spending the gold to get that ap so ur wasting and if u get silenced or stunned at all(which ur so depend it on that spell vamp)ur dead. OVERALL SLOPPY and boring guide.

Interesting point of view, I was thinking of Hextech too, but didn't try it out yet.
I really miss AD item with spellwamp, because it would be usefull on alot of champions...

As you have a 2% Crit Chance and do not use dodge runes I would rather recommend Good Hands in your case.

I have mentioned a small section about this weapon in my guide and it seems valid at some point.
Regarding Perseverence :
This grants you an extra 0.04 x 6hp /5 seconds... now I ask you- worth 3 points?

I'm not a complete fan of all your items. But I'll gladly admit the Hextech is an interesting point. I'll add it to my build and see if it helps.
