I could be wrong, but don't NA get it a day later than EU? Or maybe a half day due to timezone differences. EU always gets it at midnight Monday (or maybe it was 1AM Tuesday, I forget >.>).

Riot in NA is less consistent with when they change the free week... It's never the same time, just the same time range. (Monday ~ Wednesday)
