Like i said KillaNinja, no offense. if it works for you, great. But the fact are, that AP shaco just isn't great..
+rep me and you'll get good karma, wich means you won't be reincarnated into a rock! Isn't that awesome?

But yes this idea has been discussed more than Pam Anderson's tits in a plastic surgeons office.

Oops, brand ult'd and contributed way more than all that ******** hopping around did with one spell. And then he cast a few more spells and carried his team to win the game.
Shaco is only going to carry hard against bad players, even if they have 6,000 wins.

It's whatevs, keep the veil over your eyes. Just finished a match as AP Shaco. 3/1/6 in 25 mins. Got my laning partner Akali nicely fed.
No Morg and Kas are not the best, they're just the most flavor.
My preferred AP carries are Grag and Brand, because entire teams go splat when they cast their spells.

I found Skarner hard to play since he needs AP/AS to dish out and also sth to be tanky since hes melee.
(But Hextech/Rageblade/Nashor for dmg and youll have 2 slots to go tanky, seems nuff)
Only that ulti.... imo the worst one I´ve ever seen.
-You can drag ppl around: For 1,5 secs... if you could use Flash at least, but atm it seems so ****ing useless that you can move them at all.
-Its a single-target ulti.. 400 dmg flat + 1.0 Ap scaling while you cant focus solely on Ap.
-The worst part: Ppl dragged cant be targeted (dunno about aoe?) so you cant use it to disable sb you want dead.
-Its ****ing melee.
No offense here, but regarding dmg/cd/duration/range, sth like Sions Stun (any stun?) seems waaaaaaay more convenient.
btt:
My choice would be Twitch/Eve if we talk about "all games" since they heavily depend on their stealth they can be easily countered by an arranged team.

A great player can make a ****py champ look good. I think the reason some of these heroes are seen as weak isn't as much as they are way underpowered... it is more that people don't know how to play them or simply find them TOO HARD to play and so they play the easier heroes. All heroes are viable... but it takes someone to know them to show everyone else that.
For the longest time Morde was considered only a pub stomper except for that 1 guy who had a high rating who just owned with Morde. And now he is nerfed once everyone else jumped on the bandwagon.
Anyone else remember Jungle Revive Eve? No one had heard of her until that tourney when she roflstomped some pros.
HotshottGG got Nidalee nerfed.
Galio was considered weak until a pro just tore the roof off with him. Then he got nerfed.
How long before Akali gets nerfed? For the longest time she was not considered strong except there was 1 pro who was sick with her... now I see her all the time.
I could go on and on and on with this. All it will take is one tournament with 1 pro taking an AP Shaco and dominating with him to make Shaco the new t1 flavor of the month and people screaming OP!
As far as the OP I consider Twitch as possibly the weakest champ. He has to be fed to do well. But even then he can be countered. A true pub stomper and not much more.

I did witness an AP Shaco owning face last night, but the team we played against disobeyed the "never go full ******" rule.
