I was planing on doing some kind of effect tuts if i get the time.
Example Rain, dust, fog, fire, clouds and sow forth on.
You can steal that if you want since your 50% of the inspiration =P
Or text effects like text borders, blending modes, settings and sow forth on.
Basic stuff like how big should a sig be, right way of scaling a image, dpi and sow forth on.
Only stuff from the top of my head right now, but ill post a comment if i can think of
some more good ideas.

No Spoon, go ahead! I'll make tutorials on other stuff, so I'll avoid the things you just mentioned. Looking forward to seeing them come up :D
And reppin, I'll see what I can do ^^

No....cassanova said "He", but now he edited it.....
1. that girl is hot (jeffy didn't come yet?)
2. lol those kids
3. lol you love topaz
4. nice vids! you're on a roll!
5. new meme: Michael: Shhh!
6. you spend too much time on rendering.
THE BEST WAY AND EASIEST TO RENDER (most images 1 min. tops)
(requires a semi-steady hand)
FYI THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU ARE KEEPING THE ORIGINAL BACKGROUND (or else just do it without the feathering)
duplicate the background layer
normal lasso tool, 2px feather
trace around your subject, or, if the image is mostly subject, trace around the background areas; you don't have to all at once, especially if what you want is split up in multiple parts, you can just shift + continue lassoing to add more to your selection.
once you selected everything ROUGHLY (feathering will take care of the rest), delete if you selected the background, or else select > inverse and then delete.
that's it...really quick once you get the hang of it.
the feathering works if you are keeping the original background since the feathered parts won't show in the final product, but allows the render to blend better with the c4ds, background, etc.
however, if placing the subject on a separate background as you usually do, you WILL see the feathering; in this case, just make sure you are lasso-ing at 0 px.

I was going to cover using the lasso tool in my next video. Personally I never use feathering, because I want my renders to be crisp.
Feathering Used:

No Feathering:

Granted, they are not the same image, but you get the idea.

as I said, feathering only has an increased effect when you use the given background image like I do, but you don't, so in your case feathering would not be optimal.
