Starting with regrowth pendant or boots is probably your best bet. Merc treads are very good on her, since CC wrecks her. Wriggle's or brutalizer are her second item. From there, tanky dps is the way to go, I feel.
Lich bane is a terrible idea, because she doesn't have any AP scaling. Tiamat is rather... well, I'm not a huge fan of it, personally. IE or BT is almost always a solid item for her. I don't build either early, but as a mid to late game item, very solid. Most of my mid game efforts go to tankiness, though.

Why not just look for riven guides on MOBAFIRE or even solomid for some higher elo guides.

I think I'd run AD runes on her and get LW. The CDR from Ghostblade is great, but your earlygame gets SO MUCH STRONGER with AD runes. (it's not worth getting Ghostblade unless you're running at least 15ArP)

Mercury treads/ninja tabi, warmogs & atma were the main items I chose. Would Lich bane & Tiamat be a nice combo? Ie or blood thirster? Thanks for your input moba
