Someone's climbed 1800+ ELO with Heimerdinger too. What do you suppose would happen if that Twitch got counter-jungled? - Like... they stole red? He'd be monumentally screwed more then your average jungler. ;D[/quote]

[/quote] True dat! My point being this: I find his ability damage too low to focus attackspeed like you should to get all stacks for a powerful expunge. Or is it just my inexperience talking? TheJohn: so just pop w and slow him?[/quote]
