Stupid necros.
This wouldn't be a good idea - Sooner or later, you'll sell a champion you want to buy again and end up feeling dumb. Very dumb.
It would just instigate MORE rage, because there would be a downward spiral of lost IP due to the less-then-full-price refund.
Being more careful with your purchases and waiting for free weeks is the way to go.
For example: Buying all the 450s and 1350s is a good way to get started without regrets.
That bracket of champions contains all the necessary roles: Tank, Caster, Carry, Jungler, Support, and at least one of each is totally viable.
Once you have those, you can play your heart out and see which playstyles you enjoy the most.
THEN, work on 3150s and 6300s

from an economic POV it wouldn't be good for em, if you want a champion badly either you play till you get the IPs or have to buy him with RP, that's how they lure you in pal.

I think that runes are not nessesary on <20 lvl anyway so i basicly didnt bought them before getting to lvl 30 anyway. I was spending IP on champions.
Want to try out a champion? It will be playable for free sooner or later on rotation. I even admire that Riot is accualy giving the new toons a week after they come in for testing. That is realy nice that you can test em out fast.
I would totaly agree on getting 2 Mastery trees tho... swapping masteries is boring :P and i basicly doing it automaticly now but giving us a chance of doing Physical/Magical mastery trees to pick fast i could grab a beer faster before match :)
