Clarify please :3, I haven't seen one successful tele-revive karthus, and dyrus's vids aren't loadin for me.
I find that Karthus is really squishy though, and because of that, he gets bursted down really quickly even if he revives.
One thought that I had was that Tele-revive yorick would actually be viable because he was insanely tanky and annoying in a fight. If he revived and tele'ed, it'd take a LONG time to kill him. And I don't think he's that dependent on spells either. Well teleport is generally core on him.
Karthus heals insane amounts of damage when fully built with a WoTA. He heals enough to solo baron easily and never dip below half health. edit: Actually he doesn't need full built, but I can't remember at how much AP it becomes possible but I have done it multiple times.
watch some of these games (no idea if he did well or not, lol)

Karthus rarely die twice when doing that.
Yes unless you're getting blown out, then it's just depressing.
Revive tele Tryndatroll? Rofl.

tele revive works with champs that have a game changing ult of sorts... like karthus, or galio, or... mostly karthus.
sure it works, but you sacrifice a summoner slot where something useful could go instead like flash...

If Karthus doesnt ult before dying again (passive), that is.
Its batter not to take it.
Teleport + Revive is viable on anyone non-squishy + good dps as long as you're better then your lane opponent, and can avoid death often.
When you do die -> Revive + TP into the fight with 400+ extra hp and a speed boost -> Profit
It's just pubstomping, not a viable strategy for raising your elo.

It's just common knowledge that Karthus is really strong with that tactic while most other champions are not.
