Description: Appearing as a plump insect (likely a bee or wasp, but her alternate skins could be ladybug, praying mantis, or so on), she is a regal figure who plays best as a support, especially for AP casters. Her passive, Inflorescence, makes it easier for her allies to use their abilities while also hindering the same for opponents fighting on her turf. She also gains herself a passive movement boost that can only be canceled when an opponent uses an ability on her (the same abilities that would pop Banshee's Veil) which causes her pollen to burst out, disrupting the enemy team (this is especially useful to escape ganks or disrupt during a teamfight). She also has the ability to create Brush on the map temporarily (great for making opponents extremely wary if they walk to an area and there's a new patch of brush that your allies could be hiding in). Her main damage spell is also disruptive, as it lasts indefinitely - until the target stops moving. This makes for excellent harass, and as such, she makes a great bottom-laner.

Details follow.

Passive: Inflorescence : Apiara leaves a trail of blossoms behind her as she moves, granting 5% / 10% / 15% cooldown reduction to allies standing in the flowers and negating the same amount of cooldown reduction for enemies. This trail remainds behind for 12 seconds as Apiara moves.

Stinging Cloud : Apiara sends a swarm of bothersome insects at the target which takes damage over time. Standing still for 2 seconds removes the effect; otherwise the duration is indefinite capped at ten seconds.
Magic damage per second: 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 (+0.3 per Ability Power)
Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds
Mana cost: 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150
Range 850

Emminent Verdure : Apiara creates a patch of brush which lasts for 20 seconds at the target location which her allies can see into but enemies can not. Enemies entering the brush are slowed by 10% / 14% / 18% / 22% / 26% while in the brush. (Edit: Slow reduced)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Mana cost: 80 / 65 / 50 / 35 / 20
Range 1000
Radius 250

Pollen Euphoria : Apiara passively increases her movement speed by 10% / 13% / 16% / 19% / 22% until struck by an enemy Champion's ability. When struck with an enemy ability, that ability is blocked and her Pollen cloud disperses, disrupting the movement of all enemies near her (300 radius) for 3 seconds; the enemies' movement is at random (as if feared) although they may still perform actions and attempt to attack targets in range or stop moving. Apiara can grant this passive movement bonus and spellshield temporarily to allies within a range of 700 which lasts for four seconds, but Apiara loses the passive and shield for that duration. Once the shield has been used, Pollen Euphoria recharges after 40 seconds Apiara of not being struck by an enemy ability (affected by cooldown reduction).
Range: 700 (on Ally)
Duration: 4 seconds
Mana cost for cast on Ally: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110
Recharge when used: 40 seconds, reset whenever Apiara is struck by an enemy ability

Morning Glory : After a 1 second channel, Apiara's inflorescence powers up, instantly snaring all enemies on the path for 3 seconds and causing the path to persist for an additional 6 seconds. In addition, while allies are within the infloresence, they gain 10% / 20% / 30% bonus Attack Speed, 30 / 60 / 90 Ability Power, 5% / 10% / 15% Lifesteal and Spell Vamp, and 10 / 20 / 30 Tenacity for the duration of the Morning Glory.
Mana cost: 200
Cooldown: 90 / 80 / 70

I've changed a couple abilities a little bit (mostly her E, allowing her to use it on allied Champions and actually blocking a spell, but taking away the Stinging Cloud spread and vastly increasing the recharge since otherwise it's a very powerful free Banshee's Veil.

I honestly love this idea, but the Q seems incredibly OP when people are trying to get away from the team. A maximum duration would be better, but the idea of standing still for 2 seconds is really good. About the W, would it function as normal brush would (ganking, juking etc) or more as a slow? That's what I kind of wonder. She seems a bit lacking in the support section compared to say Taric (comparable ults), and since the skillset kind of reminds me of Morgana, I even find Morgana is still stronger due to the fact that her shield basically blocks all CC, and has the CC utility that is comparable to Morning Glory. None the less, this is a great idea.

Hmm... How about changing the Q to have a ten second maximum, but prevent Morning Glory's root effect from ending the DoT.

As for more support, she could be made tankier by making the E skill also block one ability like Nocturne's and Sivir's spell shields. To make her more support, let her use the ability as an active on an ally target to grant the target the movement speed and shield-trap for a short duration (4 seconds, with a 16 sec cooldown but if it expires without being triggered it just goes back to Apiara), so can be used to help others escape too. That might be too good to have a free Banshee's Veil though, so perhaps just give her the movement passive whenever the spell isn't on cooldown and then she can use it on herself or an ally. The target gets the shield trap for four seconds plus the movement speed.

The W ability's brush would be just like any other brush for the enemy (your allies can juke into it, it blocks vision, gives Nidalee a speed buff and Caitlyn her extra shot count toward Headshot) but your team can see right through it like it wasn't even there. Maybe to allies it looks the same way brush with a ward in it looks whereas enemies see red brush since it slows them.

I also intend for inflorescence to sometimes be a downside, as it can also lead enemies to ee as the trail persists for a while behind her. Also helps you trick enemies into following to your teammates without actually putting yourself in danger.

I really like this idea.

At first i was like, holy **** shes so op.

But after some thought, if u lower some of the durations, and a little bit of the damage, she will be incrediably awesome and fun to play.

I have always thought an ability that lets you grow brush would be really sweet which is why I gave it to her. Keep in mind that it only lasts 20 seconds and the enemies will know its not normal brush, so it's not like teemo shrooms or shaco boxes will be a particular surprise. Even a wild Garen would have to sneak into the brush somehow after it appears. It benefits Caitlyn and Nidalee more so imho, but it has utility in team fights and escapes as well (as it blocks vision and slows, a bit like Graves' smokescreen except that once the enemy is in it they can see out.

I love the idea of creating brush, but I think her passive is waaay too useful. Compare it to Janna's pitiful movement speed bonus, or Zilean's XP bonus, or even TF's passive - Fluorescence is over powered at the moment.

Inflorescence only applies to champions actually standing on the flowers, and thus they have to actually use the ability while standing on the flowers in order to benefit from the CDR. In addition, the CDR cap of 40% is still enforced, meaning if a champion would already get 40% CDR (for when they're not standing on the inflorescence) it effectively has no benefit. This is different from the group-wide-map-wide boosts of Zilean, TF, and Janna.

Since the flowers are only spawned under Apiara's feet as she moves around, it'll be tricky for most champions to get full benefit from it, especially if they are melee champions.

The numbers call all be tweaked, of course.

I think her damage isn't too spectacular (Malzahar does do a lot of damage with his E, but he also has his Q and W for damage plus his Ultimate and his voidlings) and she only has one damaging ability at all (though her E does an AoE of the DoT, so that might have to be toned down or simply removed to only apply the movement-related confusion CC) so I felt that it was okay to have it be a bit strong.
