[[Disintegrate]] also refunds mana when you use it to last-hit. It's a very easy way to learn how to farm and time your last-hits. With experience, you'll be able to do it just as efficiently with autoattacks using any champion. If you're set on those two options, I would definitely go for [[Kennen]]. He has no mana issues, a very simple build, he gets fairly tanky and can dish out AoE damage and CC. AP ezreal is very gimmicky and pretty terrible if you don't play him very effectively. Most Ezreals go AD anyway.[/quote]
