Shen is such a sad champion. He had withstood many nerfs, but they had to go nerf the one thing he needed to do well. Ki Strike
His taunt was a solid CC, ult was his ticket into the fights, and Ki Strike's free damage was how he maintained aggro. All champions need some damage to draw aggro and make enemies want to attack them instead of the squishier teammates.
Stupid Riot doesn't want to give him damage, but damage is the ONLY thing he needs more of.

I don't find I have any issues with dealing damage, but that may be me.
