While reading, I kinda liked it actually... 10 less mana for boomerang is measly, but the passive and ricochet rework is cool :) Her ult was both nerfed and buffed, so I'm neutral to that. All in all, it's a slight plus for me. Still I prefer to play other AD carries, but perhaps I'll give her another try in some bot games or on my NA account.

Her tower pushing got nerfed, but she fits as a bot lane carry better now. I don't know. I've toyed around with it a bit, but I like it better. Her W makes for better harass now, and she's going to be a pretty good counter to Taric.
Her passive was really good before... Lol.

I liked and and disliked some things.
Her passive is better now imo, but shes a ranged champion, so boosting her MS isnt the best solution, only if you're trying to run away.
Boomerang Blade - ok
Ricochet - hum... idk, i'll have to try first
On The Hunt - the three last points comes here, it was a good tower pushing skill, now its not that awesome, just kinda good

The only reason why Sivir was ever picked was because she could melt minion waves and towers. She is still outshined by other carries and can't push into oblivion like she did before. I think they nerfed an UP champion. What do you think?
