I get stuck playing AD carry...the one role I can't play decently consistently

so I'm like...let's try MF in a real game...

and the Soraka I had to lane with stole last hits from me with infuse the entire time she was in lane with me...and then proceeded to call me a noob when I couldn't 2v1 against Xin and the Bear...

Not really here for QQ but as for getting needed info since this person wants to 1v1 me since I beat her in top lane in a 3v3 Twisted Treeline. She wants to use LB against my Kennen who has the advantage? Pros, Cons? Thank you for any responses.
