To be fair... No one gives a hoot about Xerath.

Hah, as far as I know Xerath is OP.
So it's very relevant..

You clearly aren't adding enough teardrop to your Xerath build.

I'm too busy dealing with / hearing about other champions being problems.
Fizz pissing people off.
Volibear bear-slapping people into the next hour.
I've seen Irelia more too - Better nerf Irelia.
As far as Xerath goes - One trick pony that most people got tired of.
edit: Oh, by the way. :P
Riot's still working on a new passive for him.

Most of the recent new champions have had ******ED base stats. Stats that are by far the highest in the game and make the champions stronger than they should have been. And in many cases it makes them OP.
Normal numbers are about 7HP5(+0.6 per level) and 6MP5(+0.5 per level).
Talon had a HP and mana regen of 10 per 5 sec and high extra regen per level too. Whoever decided those values should be fired, because those were by FAR the highest in the game.
Fizz has a base HP reg of 9 per 5 sec.
Graves had about 350 base mana at level 1. Normal is about 250. He also (still) has 6.75MP5(+0.7 per level).
Xerath has a base mana-reg of 8(+0.6 per level).
Riven has a HP-reg of 12(+1 per level). (Riven does need higher than normal HP-reg, but this is just too high. I'd say 10(+0.8 per lvl) would be just fine)
Volibear has a base mana-reg of 7(+0.65 per lvl) coupled with REALLY low mana costs.
I don't like it. Not one bit.
Why can they not put the stats close to the standard and reduce one stat if they make another one more powerful? None of the above have any weak stats to make up for their insanely high ones.
