Duff, I thought you were a long time player, yet you don't remember when Ryze was an AP burst hero, with a long cooldown on his Q, and Desperate Power gave AP bonuses?

ryze's abilities scale off his mana much harder so why not get lichbane? it give u mana and ap..plus the proc considering you also have ap from your archangels staff(s) and roa..

Lichbane would be so cool if it wasn't in fact totally usless.
No AP champ can use it to a good rate, Nida used to be the only one, but now she's way better as tanky caster.
