Basically, the vote is weighted against the dominant half. If you're above 50%, an downvote will count for more than an upvote, and if you're below it, a downvote will count for less than an upvote. As writer of lots of NEW champion guides, I get randomly downvoted all the time because everyone thinks they know THE ONLY WAY to build a certain champ. Eventually you'll keep gettin upvotes though. Remember downvoting is just as important as upvoting because otherwise people with friends would have all the top builds and then mobafire would be a pretty non credible source of information.[/quote]
