It's best to defeat Veigar through his team and not confront him directly as a squishy. Get a [[Quicksilver Sash]] and don't let him combo you. [[Guardian Angel]] is also nice too. TF is a pretty good target for Veigar, but you can use [[Wild Cards]] to harass him without endangering yourself in the early game. In a team fight, just make sure he can't get close to your while you blow up their AD carry. EDIT: Controlling their blue is also a good idea. A Veigar with blue can combo you repeatedly and still last-hit and farm AP. Without blue, he can't harass you with E-W and still have the mana to farm. He'll run oom too quickly.[/quote]

I focused on playing vs that Veigar but I just couldn't handle him after a certain point in the game.
