Jax does not have a passive anymore, they just removed his old one, and shifted the attack speed from his ultimate to his passive. They also removed the MR from his ultimate, so hes back to being super vulnerable to burst.
Yeah the buff helps Nunu jungle, but it's barely noticeable. Jax does have a passive, they slightly buffed his passive AS to help him more before level 6 and it's the same at lvl 18 as his ult. Empower buff is nice. I agree that he's sooooo more squishy but probably has more burst thanks to his ult I would say. Just build Atmog's on him, his ult actually gives him a lot more damage (like i'm talking free IE with just Atmog's damage).

About these nerfs, I'm not sure if that was the right way to nerf Vayne...
I like the Tryndamere nerfs, will definitely tone his early game down a bit

Riven nerf is justified, might affect her laning power a lot though
J4 buffs seem really good as well, mana was really an issue especially when jungling without blue~
