Clicking things doesn't matter. I seen a guy play games at a high level with no arms. If you can do it then how you do it doesn't matter.
If you think bindings will help your improve, that is what you want right?
Then qwerdfaszxc1234 alt shift ctrl it up

Matt, a SC2 player who is a quadruple amputee.
He played in a tournament or two i believe.
Tri lane for life.
lol didn't even know it was possible to play by clicking, that must be like the slowest thing there is. Just flat out refuse to play with him because it is not worth it to carry his weight.
If he asks how to learn to not click the best just tell him to throw himself in the deep, that's how I went from clicking 17 skills and having 5 hotkeyed to using all of my 22 skills with hotkeys. The thing with using hotkeys, (being it in games or applications) is that if you didn't use them right from start it is hard to use them. This is because it is hard to unlearn actions you taught to yourself, this goes for anything. Only by constantly forcing yourself to perform a different technique and punishing yourself if you make a mistake will you unlearn a previous technique.

Force him to use the keyboard in a few bot matches. Just tape a black bar over the bottom of the screen so he has no idea where to click. He will learn to use the keyboard in no-time at all.
Didn't know there even were clickers in this game. Perhaps some of the feeders I met were.

I'd bet if you did a survey or something at least nine out of ten of them would be using smartcasting on almost every ability, too.
Seriously, smartcasting is awesome. Use it.

1. trackpad
2. clicking skills

When you click the button a short skill shot icon appears similar to gragas's body slam or graves's quick draw.

It's like 2 seconds faster to hit Q then click your target, then it is to trackpad to Q, then trackpad to your target, and click.
Probably more than 2 seconds I'd say, and during that entire time you have zero control over your champion so you'd damn well better hope nothing unexpected happens.
