I've been having the same problem. I'm trying to upvote some Fiora guides and nothing is happening. Guess I'll just have to wait.

Just a guess, but maybe they did this because there were about 50 or so random downvotes spread throughout the Fiora guides.

^And so they froze voting for all guides? I'm just thinking maybe they did something with Comment 2 Vote and it broke the coding.

Unfortunately I've just encountered something like this myself.
If I try and -1 a guide (http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/pew-pew-the-lazerbeam-of-sucess-190788), it comes up with the message box saying "Thanks for voting!", though the C2V box does not come up and my vote does not count.
I'm using Google Chrome and Windows, if that helps.
