Votes without comments

Never in my comment did I say that troll-voting was punishable. I know that it isn't due to the fact that one cannot definitively distinguish what was a troll-vote and what was genuine. What I [b]DID[/b] say was that [b][i]if an admin perceives what was said as punishable, then they can be dealt with.[/i][/b] There's a difference between saying "punish troll-voters" and saying "punish those who say things against the rules." Obviously if the system requires a comment in order to vote, then those who troll-vote will say something. If what is said is perceived as something against the rules, then they are able to be dealt with. Sorry for not making it clearer, I suppose, but that is what I was getting at.[/quote]
