Heart Zapper. They are a great sustain tool for it.

Or, you could get health quints, which would mean that you get 72 health, which is 24 seconds of hitting 3 targets with W, and also gives you better health regen and a better ulti.

If you're going the E physical route, you have a 100 ad steroid at level 9, wouldn't ArP quints be better?

just wanted to take a quick survey on what runes you guys run on jungle mundo. The guides are pretty mixed, some say full AS, some say mpen and spellvamp, etc etc. Just curious what you have had the most success with. Thanks!
