Which quints for Brand & Cass?

I'm really confused! I play Annie, but I've recently picked up Brand and Cass and *love* them, so it's for Brand and Cass this is in mind.

I already run Marks of Insight (MPen), Seals of Clarity (mana regen) and Glyphs of Force (AP/lvl).

But for quints - Potency (flat AP), Swiftness (MS) or Fortitude (flat health)?

flat AP has preference :)

Flat AP quints are standard on AP mids.

Flat HP quints are very seldom used, except on specific champions that need the survivability early more than the early AP. Don't get them on Brand or Cass.

MS quints are less-than-optimal on most casters, though if I'm not mistaken, Cassiopeia is an exception. You can use MS quints on her if you want, but your success will depend on whether your micro is good enough to make it worth the loss of 15 AP at the start of every game.

Late game the extra MS is very nice, which is something to consider.

i use ms quints on brand, as it allows me to harass easier if i can run faster than the enemy, which usually ends with me winning lane earlier.

MS runes are good on any one the thing is if you use them your losing dmg and def.

i run flat ap on both. But movement speed are also acceptable

I do not get why you would suggest MS on cassio. You start with boots anyway and with Q hit u are already faster than enemy. That means your dmg is not increased by it at all and u chase till tower anyway and hit Q and E on cds.

starting boots on all casters is pretty standard, not just cassiopeia.
Movement speed are acceptable, especially if you are planning on kiting enemies, which is already fairly easy to do

but additionally, you want to close the gap between you are your opponent while chasing because your Twin Fangs reset based on travel time not just when you press the ability.

that said, I'm not saying movement speed quints are better, I'm just saying they're an option, and probably the second best option
