i think this build is good but the brutaliser should be build into a ghost blade in late game

The reason it is a stand alone item is because the price is cheap for what it gives. Youmuu's Ghostblade adds a little more cost to the item, though it can be helpful, it isn't really needed. You also have to remember that every little gold counts in Twisted Treeline.

That being said, I can mention it. Though most people should sell The Brutalizer for a Last Whisper if the enemies armour gets to 113+, for about 500 gold cheaper than the Youmuu's Ghostblade.

@Fulundry, Thanks for reviewing my guide and adding this to my attention. Now that I am awake and able to get back to improving my guide, I can add a section about viable boots and how they will help with Gangplank. I do mention that because Remove Scurvy has a rather large CD alone, it can helps against CC. Though as you mention it also depends on the other team, what CC they can dish out to you and would the boots be worth it overall.

As for last whisper, I suppose if the enemy team goes more offensive, The Brutalizer would most likely be sufficient enough as well as giving some CDR. Also, it is about half the price of the Last Whisper.

Thanks for reading through my guide.

Overall, you did a pretty decent amount of work, and it's fairly well coded, but I don't agree with everything.

First, why are you getting tenacity boots over CD boots? You have a built in cleanse; the only time you should get merc treads is if the other team really necessitates it, but I don't think it should be part of the main build.

Also, Last Whisper shouldn't be a main item in any build (still opponent specific) and in a 3v3 a lot of time people won't build enough armor to make it necessary.

I am a fan of Atmogs on him, but you could make the argument that it's too expensive for a 3v3, but even so, a bit more health might help.

These are just my specific issues. Overall, it's a good guide imo.

@A Chubby Baby, I think the comment underneath explains basically what I was going to say about Atma's. The Trin Force gives a slight bit of health, I know not so much but it's still a little more on the AD scaling. That extra AD in a crit is 44~ X 250% on top of the rest of the AD, so it is quite a bit considering. Also the low cost for what you get on top of the passive, you get 18% crit chance which is 1600~ gold, 45 Armour which is 750~ gold as well as the 44 AD which is 1600~ gold. So overall it can be worth it.

As for the other optional runes/items, I will be working on that more over the coming days. I do not want to leave the guide unfinished at all, I plan on adding a lot more, improving it and also allowing other peoples insights into the guide. I haven't tried every build but I would like to see how different builds work and make that close to perfect one. Ofcourse, situational items will always perfect those builds over a premade build.

@tehAsian, I love your feedback, this is the kind of thing I was waiting for. I know that you rely on that crit chance, but with it seeming to be a little imbalanced like dodge was at the moment, you tend to crit more. Though I know you mean that you can never know when it would work. Boots and 3 pots is a good starter but on most other AD champs, I tend to buy a Doran's Blade for the extra damage. Though it depends on your team as well.

I will be adding more items like I said above. As for the expensive build, I have to agree with you, the games I have played with this build in mind, have usually been over 35 mins long. That being said, I have only completed it a few times. I think I will have to think it over and find some similiar items that do just as good, but at that cheaper price.

As for Raise Morale I haven't personally seen that much of a difference, though that being said, looking at those numbers it is quite a lot. For team members it is half of that but a free 20 AD is still better than nothing. Though I see the skill sequence is fine though maybe 1-2 points in Raise Morale before maxing Remove Scurvy to help with those team fights.

Thanks to both of you for that feedback, once I get back into looking through the guide, I will add these things to give more of a choice.

^You don't really need health items for Atma's Impaler to be efficient. Gangplank actually has one of the highest base health in the whole game, and Atma's has incredible synergy with him.

Life steal generally isn't necessary because you have Remove Scurvy, strong poke, team steroids, and a global ult.

Anyway, nice guide :3

However, I think your build could use improvement.

1. brawler's glove start is unreliable. You're focusing on lucky crits in exchange for lane sustainabiliy and survivability. It's a lot better to start with Boots and 3 pots because of the increased mobility, and because Brawler's Gloves is pretty cheap, you can easily pick it up later. Sheen can also be taken earlier for a free 'crit'.

2. Your build is ridiculously expensive, coming to 17045g. Champion kills are worth more than CS in Twisted Treeline, therefore being able to farm as much as you want with Q won't help as much and will lead to an incompletion in your build 99% of the time (unless you can count on hour long games, which rarely happen). Yes, it can be strong if you complete it, but chances are you won't.

3. I think you are underrating Raise Morale. It is a TEAM steroid, and one of the reasons why Gangplank is OP. I mean, 40 AD. That's a B. F. Sword. For every team member. Consider getting it earlier.

Overall, the guide is really nice, and deserves a +1 :3

so for your item build, i really dun get why you get atmas with no extra health items. also i think GP should still get some type of lifesteal item. if you dun like the items in your original build, put them in a situational items section or something like that. for your runes section, maybe explain some other situational possible runes. for your summoner spells, heal and exhaust are still definitely viable.

i dont really care for your build

Really? If that is all you have to say then don't bother wasting your time. It doesn't bother me if you don't like the build, but down voting without what I see as no real reason is stupid.

Next time, give a valid reason and I will give you a full response.
