Smart casting better or no?

There are some notable exceptions such as ultimates, Jarvan's E(I smartcast his Q though), Blitzcranks Q, Ashe volley, and gragas Q aswell as a few others. I think it comes down to how well you know the champions skills and whether you have the skill required to take that skill a little bit further.[/quote]
