Pff, just practice Janna with charged tornado's. Imo, I don't think Tornado shouldn't be insta-cast all the time anyway. It gives Janna something more in-depth and higher skill cap.

Well if the enemy can see it charge even in a brush and he moves all the time it will be quite lucky to hot someone.
