Got to agree with swain. I love playing him just due to fact people under estimate your dmg since your not a nuker. I get so many kills...
disagree with poppy and eve and karma if any thing they need buffs.
poppy farm is weak fits into no where on sr her farming is horrible.
eve is one hit wonder if she does not get kills and snow balls shes falls off and starts being bad.
karma imo could use some buffs but much more viable than poppy or eve.

Going to go of anecdotes here.
Jungle eve is strong. Not as strong as jungle Twitch but, she's getting close.
Karma isn't a support. She's a hybrid 50/50 between support+AP carry. I've beaten Mordekaisers mid lane because they try to dive while I have enough mana+mantras for a shield bomb+heal.
Look up spamhappy on NA. Damn good poppy player and works amazingly solo top. If she gets to end game, and in most lanes she can, she has easily the best end game of anyone because of the immunity to damage and CC she has on her. Plus, the amplified damage on your target doesn't hurt at all.
Never discount underplayed champs. They will come to bite you in the ***.
Maokai and Swain aren't exactly secret OP. They're underplayed, sure. Swain's a bit situational, but most knowledgable players will know that they're completely viable.
Can't say I agree with evelynn. Poppy is a bit underrated. Karma's underrated, but not even close to OP.

The best lee sin player ill always win vs best eve player.
Why? the other champ is better.
To be fair, Lee is a counterpick to Eve.
And "the best x player will always win against the best y player" isn't really an accurate statement. There are too many variables in a ten person game to make sweeping generalizations. The Lee player would likely have an advantage, sure. Doesn't mean that he'll win every time.
