I usually get that far into the build and I'm pretty much clueless on what to take for my last item so yea thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure Trinity Force Hextech Gunblade is all you need on Poppy.
Shurelya's Battlesong is good because it builds off philosopher's stone and synergizes with W.
Then I just build Frozen Heart + Magic resist item, and finish off with Infinity Edge.

I only ever build Poppy AP. And when done, I ohe-shot a LeBlanc with Devastating Blow. Hilarious moment, I'd have to say that burst was instakill upon contact.
