I've seen a couple streamers use these. They're overlays that tell you when jungle critters respawn.

Anybody use these? Have any they'd recommend? Anyone have a burning hate for them?

iirc, it's called Jungle Timer

Side note: I don't think this is a really effective way to really learn timers though. Just playing enough out of personal experience, you can know when xxx timer comes up, give or take 10seconds. I unno, it's not really cheating ofc but meh.

Just use your brain. It'll help you become a better player to get in the habit of typing out important objective timers like baron/dragon/buffs. Using a third-party program may or may not be against the rules, but I guarantee you you'll become a better jungler (or team member in general) if you keep track of them manually every game.

Just type out the time they spawn in chat, like "drag 22:08", then hold Z to look back at the timer when you need it.
Thanks to Hoppermh for the sig!
