Well seems like high elo community finds Ryze buffed now. Scarra was qq:ing on stream that he didn't get to play Ryze since he was a permanent ban now! ;p

Indeed it is :) Went on NA server because EUW was getting patched, works like a charm. I had some problems but they were easy to fix.

Indeed. I dont run CDR much better go defensive in all your runes and you can get like 6% cdr from masteries no more.
