I changed Yi's 
Alpha Strike once so it just deals double base damage to minions and monsters. I think that is fair.
And very fast jungling could be a good way to make Yi viable. Without making him too strong at low levels. And I think with his actual kit you can't make Yi OP at high levels until he 2shots anyone.

Someone needs to revert the rake buffs in the patch notes, as the change never went live.
