Should it be visible how many days the guide has been unedited?

I propose something like this:

Green = Ideal
Yellow = Fresh
Red = Stale
No display = Expired/Archived

People would be more inclined to read a guide that has been updated regularly than one that is "Ideal" but on the threshold of Fresh.

I'll need to give more thought about this before I finally choose, but I don't really know. For example, The Comprehensive Karma is still Ideal, even though it was last updated in February. I don't even think that Egyspian Lover even goes on Mobafire, I think someone just updates the guide once in a while to keep it on display. Yes, it hasn't been updated in like 120 days, but it's still the best Karma guide information wise, and, really won't be unimportant until the Karma rework.

I know I kind of rambled on, but the idea is, that some of the guides are not really updated/supported by the author because of 2 reasons:

1) They aren't on Mobafire/Playing League anymore

2) They don't need to, nothing changed that affects the guide

Are there other Karma guides? Absolutely. However, it's still the best and, as it says in the title, comprehensive guide for Karma.

If I helped you, click that +rep!

Whilst the champion may not change in more than half a year, the game does. For example, if there's a Deathfire's in that guide, the math of it will be wrong. If the guide contains information on jungling, the information will be very out of date.

Scott is a great guy, but he's a paramedic, so he *really* doesn't have time for LoL or MobaFire much these days, and I'm not saying it's his fault the guide hasn't been updated.

It still doesn't change the fact that it hasn't been updated in 120 days.

It should say "Last Updated, 120 Days Ago" and the readers can read it knowing there have been some changes to the game that the author has not included.

For example, Dewo's WW guide. If it said "Last Updated 180 Days Ago" people will understand the guide has not been updated and won't say in the comments "Why can't I hit level 2 after xxx camp" etc.

And if absolutely nothing in the game changes over the period of 365 days for your champion, then you can have "Last Updated, 365 Days Ago" - if you haven't updated it in that long, then okay.

i'd say maybe it's a good idea so that people know when the guide was last updated, but i personally think we should just make the fresh, ideal, stale, and expired requirements much higher. eg. ideal should be updated within 1 patch or something like this.

As long as we keep the patch list up to date (I apologize for letting it slip), I feel like the current freshness indicator should be enough. We could add the "days since update" to the tooltip, though.

I just saw the "days since last update" thing on another site and I thought it was pretty cool :)
