I've had really bad sleeping habits for years. The best way of fixing it when it's off like that is to either just sleep a less than you usually do, crawl your way through the day then happily fall asleep at the end of the day or push yourself a lot (I.E run 20miles).

30 minute naps every 4 hours. It takes a little while to get used to, or so I'm told, but it works.
My friend tried that and still does it. The results? DARK CIRCLES AROUND HIS EYES!!! That and he's sort of out of it all of the time. Like he's awake and all, but he doesn't have half as much energy as I do when I get 5 hours of sleep. That's too dangerous for me to do, especially given how hyper I'm required to act on a daily basis in my area.
Well the most simple way Toshi would be to skipe on sleep phase. YOu say you wake up at 2 pm and go to sleep at 7 am but want to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 8 pm. Well wake up and stay up till 11pm of the next day.Profit! It will be most horrible and endless day you will ever have but you will fix you sleep instanly. Worked for me when I had a horrible sleep times. And you should have nothing big to do both days. You won't have the focus do stuff.
