It really depends, because some people stand still randomly for bait ect. Also some champs like wu juke using that! So it really depends.

I don't usually kill people when they DC, but when I do it's ranked. (or i'm just in a bad mood. Not really for the gold more for F*** YOU GET OUT OF MY WAY)

Yeah, I was playing Ezreal and an enemy disconnected and both of my allies completely ran past him to get another guy. I killed him and the enemy Alistar kept telling everyone to report me. I kinda felt bad but then my friend told me he would've done the same :3
