Eh, I've just seen quite a few errors through out the guide. Going to have to -1, though, if you see and fix them, I'll +1 on my next check! :3

Quite a few errors.

Like, under items you suggest dorans, yet this isn't in your item sequence.

Also, quite noticably under your lane-match ups you didn't check them. Incorrect code, spelling errors. More depth would have been better as well to this section.

As such, no vote as of current time.

Not a bad guide, I personally don't have too much experience with her but I can give a few bits of advice on the caster portion.

1. You may want to get a before the Rylai's. It helps a lot in lane, especially with Ahri's passive.

2. You may want to swap the mana regen. Masterie's for the Swiftness. A lot of casters benefit greatly from extra movement speed, Ahri is definitely one of them.

3. I like your rune selections a lot. A lot of options to, good job.

4. Over-all its a good guide, maybe a few tweaks here and there. You may want to take a look at Jhoijoi's guide for some nice coding and templates to make your guide look nicer. Other then that, great job!

Everything looks good, I dont play or own Ahri, but I do play many other ap mids and your items/runes/mastery are very similar to everything I take on them. Good guide overall +1
