Some guy posted here on Moba a champ idea he also posted on the LoL forums. It got some attention, not Morello or someone related to the champ designs but at least a red.
Not that it HAS sth to do with it, just that the image fits to this guy's champ description.

Morello claims it's a new archetype, therefore this champion is supposedly going to be the first of a new "role" in the game; however he did not disclose whether he meant class archetype, just to be clear, Riot is probably introducing a new region of Runeterra that has a champion to contribute to the league, however since the type of archetype was not mentioned we cannot rule out a new champion class archetype.
