I don't know why everyone keeps bashing on Vayne early game. With the right support she has a strong lane. And it's only stupid to put wrong support next to a hypercarry and not giving her the best possible start.

Leona is 1000000000000% tier 1 support...she is a hyper aggressive support that, if the player is even mildly good, will be able to feed their AD into oblivion...her E is reallllllly easy to hit, goes through creeps, and then, without any effort, you pin someone down for ~3 seconds -- along with your semi-burst with your shield, e, q, and r, and your passive, that is plenty of time for your AD, even at level 6, to full-to-nothing the enemy that is locked down.

Funny you should ask actually, just finished the re-make of my
Talon guide which I'll be publishing tomorrow.Talon's amazing. He's basically like an AD Kassadin, and as animorte said, he counters almost every AP champion there is, and his ganks are pretty amazing too, which is precisely why I'm wondering why exactly he's classed as a tier 4 mid.
He's pretty squishy though, and don't bother buying him if you don't like burst champions.
