MobaFire Guides - Removing 'Stale' guides off...

It shouldn't be shown since it is stale anyway. Old guides should only be visible for the authors to update it. right ?[/quote]

[quote=PsiGuard]What your proposing is exactly what happens to Expired guides, as Jpikachu pointed out. A lot of guides don't need to be updated all that often if the information is still valid. If the author doesn't come back to update their guide, it'll expire. Just be patient.[/quote]

The guide is already '[color=#ff0000]stale[/color]' for at least 8 months. Why is this guide not expiring ?, or is it so that when it gets voted enough it remains active no matter the freshness of the guide ?.[/quote]

It's a little different than a specific time frame since it depends on how frequently the game is patched. If you see a guide that you 100% know FOR SURE that has been neglected for more than 8 patches, then that's a bug with the site. It should expire. So either you're exaggerating, you're wrong about the time frame (perhaps he updated not too long ago, then it decayed to stale again), or it's a bug.
