Anyone know if Cho'Gath's Vorpal Spikes procs Lich Bane? I'm assuming no but I never have enough time to build it

Nope, toggle skills never work with things like Trinity Force, Lich Bane, Tear of the Goddess as far as I know.

why? there is no way you could even get half charged tear on singed. his cooldowns are waaaay too long to charge it.

No, but it is affected by Rylai's Crystal Scepter, just as Amumu's Despair.

That's the only one the procs tear, and no vorpal doesn't proc lich
