dorans ring start on morgana is terrible anyways, on every mid champion you go boots, pretty much bar none.
oh also 300 wins against preo 30s or 1200 players means NOTHING, doesnt mean you've mastered your champion at all.
50 wins against 2k players means a lot more lol.

it's actually not as bad as you think.
Morgana is so safe nothing can really push her out of lane, and the mana regen is nice.

Morgana is one of the few champions I'd open up with Doran's Ring on tbh. She's an extremely safe champion, if a jungler ganks her she just puts up her shield and walks away. Or because of her Tormented Shadow farming up all the caster minions for her, she might not even need to go so far into the lane that a jungler gank would be considered Black Shield worthy. Movement speed isn't really necessary for her early-game, so she can just use the AP from Doran's Ring to farm up the minions with Tormented Shadow and have enough mana regen to be able to do this for as long as she wants.
